[Parti-discuss] Old and duplicate messages on parti-discuss

Apparently mailman on partiwm.org was broken
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=488584). I've just
fixed it, but I'm not sure exactly what mail got stuck in the mean
time, so you might see some old messages suddenly appear. (Some might
have already appeared, too! Just to keep things interesting, you
know.)

Just FYI in case people were wondering what was going on.
