Cool, that's handy. Do you particularly need the ability to choose
arbitrary strings, or just want the hostname in there? Because we can
work out the host-name ourselves (either the host where the server is
running, or for EWMH-compliant apps the actual host that each app is
running on), and if that's all that's needed then we can make this
much easier to use.
