You can find a rough-around-the-edges installer for MS Windows here:
http://xpra.devloop.org.uk/dists/xpra-setup.exe
It is built using py2exe, which bundles python and all the required
libraries into one executable directory which is made into an installer
using InnoSetup.
I knocked up a quick python launcher GUI in 5 mins to be able to add it
to the Windows start menu.
The code is bastardized and only contains the client. It is based on a
development snapshot plus the Windows patches I posted here.
Works for me (tm)
